At thyssenkrupp, have started our way from a fragmented corporation to a collaborative company.
On this way we faced some obstacles and are still facing, but also we achieved some great achievements and we came to some interesting learnings and experiences. Some of these we would like to share with you. For instance, what about the interdependence between a culture of collaboration and a collaboration software? Which one should be first inplace and in how far do they affect and need each other.
Secondly, how about to play the different phases of a rollout? Where is a top-down approach needed and where a bottom-up movement?
Thirdly, how to endure setbacks and how to cross the dry areas on our way. And last but not least: What kind of skills do we need in our rollout teams, if we really want to convince our colleagues and to embed a collaborative culture and platform into our daily life and business.
